3. Third-Party Services
This site uses the Google Custom Search API to provide search functionality. When you perform a search:
- Your search query is sent to our serverless function (hosted on Vercel)
- Our serverless function makes a server-to-server request to Google's API
- Google processes the request and returns search results to our server
- Our server forwards only the search results to your browser
Important: No Google tracking cookies are set on your device by this app. The Google API call is made server-to-server, and your browser only communicates with our serverless function.
4. How to Manage or Withdraw Consent
You have full control over your cookie preferences:
Through the Cookie Banner
When you first visit the site, you will see a cookie consent banner. You can:
- Accept all: Consents to the use of essential localStorage
- Reject non-essential: Since we only use essential localStorage, this has the same functional effect as "Accept all"
